Hip-ster alert, you faggoooots!
Mashmarket is proud to be one of the few selected stores in Europe to stock Kid America Club goods. Stay tuned for their new t-shirt line, which will be available soon.
So what is this shit anyway?
To put it short, Kid America Club is a general joint fuckery arranged by various Downtown New York faces like A-Ron (ex aNYthing impresario), artist Dash Snow and actor Leo Fitzpatrick in the past few years. The most tangible outcome of these actions is a comedy show, which could be described as a twisted parody of kids TV shows, where several off-the-chain cartoon characters get fucked up with just about anything related to “urban youth culture”. Think of it as the muppets once they grew up and discovered booze, drugs and girls. You should most definitely grab sum of those yourself and tune in to their shows found on their site. Besides providing a true cathartic moment for all those immersed in the over-saturation of coolness today, Demurgatroid, Lord Plek, Fat Spiderman, Caruthers, Big Wacky, Clyde Abdeptor, Spock 2 et al will make you whoop and even pee just a little bit.
In addition to the TV show, the K.A.C. gang has also released an album entitled Revenge of the Clubhouse with the helping hand of the legendary producer Dante Ross. The album, according to Pitchfork, “qualifies as avant-garde in today’s underground rap wasteland.” Wow! Listen to some sample pieces on their myspace and act like you know.

And yeah, as mentioned, they make t-shirts too.
is back! SALE stuff online, new from 3sixteen (remember to check out the interview), Invisible:man, Rockwell..

New brand now in stock. Invisible:man label has become somewhat legendary and has remarkable originality and backstory behind it. If you haven’t encountered it before we feel sorry for you since the driving force behind the label, Andrew isn’t keen on getting google full of hypetalk for you kids to babble.. as he stated in old stw2d mag:
I hate interviews, I always sound really full of myself and long winded. But it’s rather hard to explain myself without sounding like: ‘Who the fuck does this guy think he is?’… I’m Andrew, I make shit I like, if you don’t like my opinions or what I make, do something better and fuck off, I don’t need any backup dancers.
This is what Steven Vogel has to say about the brand:
No one embodies the true meaning of street wear, with all its contradictions and many different facets more than Andrew Lee and his brand invisible:man. Fact is, street wear is impossible to create or to learn at a college. It is a manifestation of person’s lifestyle, in a very peculiar time, which has spawned an unprecedented multi- faceted sub-culture, which is nearly impossible to project in its entirety. Well, almost. Andrew, through his label invisible:man, has managed, to not only represent this amazing sub-culture, but also lead and shape it into which no one has been able to do so before him.

Be it through his clothing collections that not only have achieved cult status in Tokyo, New York, London, L.A. and Berlin but also through his omnipotent reach and influence as a designer for brands such as Stussy, Neighborhood, the Japanese skateboard company T-19, Real Mad Hectic, Kinetics, or global footwear companies such as ès and Madfoot and working with along legends such as Futura and Stash. Additionally, his work, is being recognized by the couture world, thanks to his attention to detail and exceptionally high standards in regards to quality as well as his ability to not only predict trends, but to set them. Andrew sets the standards which the world of fashion, design and lifestyle try to follow, but by the time they get to his level he is already way ahead of everyone else.
